By accessing or using RangeBaron (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RangeBaron is a personal momentum scanner, charting tool, and trading journal. It is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

RangeBaron does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Day trading involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

Market data (including scanner figures, float estimates, and charts) may be delayed, estimated, or incomplete and is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy. Do not rely on it for execution timing; verify independently with your broker before trading.

If you connect a brokerage account through SnapTrade, you authorize RangeBaron to access your account data on a read-only basis to display balances, positions, and history. RangeBaron cannot place trades on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the brokerage, which deletes the stored token.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes and not to abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its data. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RangeBaron and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
